New personalised Splash Plastic card proves a big hit

Splash Plastic, part of PrePay Technologies, is introducing a new, personalised Splash Plastic card to replace the current design and for the first time, have the cardholder's name embossed on it - a feature set to be a huge 'must have' hit with its young online purchasing customers. Reflecting the shifting pattern of the more experienced, teenage web shopper, Splash Plastic has introduced a more distinctive, mature graphic image showing a distinctive, orange-coloured 'S' for Splash.
Philip Battison, European Sales and Marketing Director of PrePay Technologies Ltd, said: 'Splash Plastic has been a huge success, our established base of teenage users growing rapidly. Our research showed that the Splash card needed to 'grow up' with them and this meant name personalisation and a more recognisable payment card logo. We are now surpassing 10,000 new cardholders per month and with the added appeal of the new look card, plus the build up to Christmas, we expect this figure to increase dramatically.'
With the introduction of the new card, Splash Plastic intends to offer a growing range of targeted promotions, discounts and special offers to its customers. New card registration processes have also been adopted by the company to cope with this increased demand
