PrePay Technologies ink strategic partnership agreement with DataCash

PrePay Technologies Limited, the market leader in Stored Value prepaid card solutions based in London, have established a strategic partnership agreement with DataCash, the UK's leading bank independent payment services provider.
 
This strategic partnership enables Merchants to accept PrePay Technologies’ stored value payment cards to settle consumer’s transactions both on-line and in the store. With DataCash offering a broad range of payment options from one source, Merchants can simplify reconciliation and reduce the cost of offering multiple payment methods.

DataCash provides a single, secure interface into its wide range of payment instruments which will now include an option to process prepaid cards from PrePay Technologies. In addition to its electronic payment services, DataCash also provides Fraud and Risk Management and Back Office Treasury and Reconciliation services.

Laura Ashley, who have worked with PrePay Technologies over the last 2 years, now out-source their on-line and high street payment services to DataCash and will be the first Merchant to take advantage of the new service, offering the card as a method of payment at all 178 High Street outlets.
