► Philippe Dufour - Chief Executive Officer

Age 41, Philippe Dufour started his career as a Production Manager for Rhone-Poulenc (now Aventis) in Australia & New Zealand. In 1990, Philippe joined Econocom (France), a specialist service provider of IT and telecommunications resource management where he developed an interest in the plastic card market and set up, as a client, Gemplus, the worldwide leader in smart and plastic card manufacturing.

In 1993 he moved into IT consulting services at Groupe Transiciel (now Cap Sogeti) where he developed a division specialising in smart card. He left France in 1996 to study his MBA at the London Business School

In 1998 he joined The Parthenon Group, a US strategy Management Consulting firm in their London office advising blue chip companies on corporate strategy and conducted a project for the launch of a Chip based credit card in the US market.

During his career his main clients have included IBM, Eurocopter, American Express, UPS, Gemplus, Thomson and McDonalds. He set up PrePay Technologies in 2000.

Philippe Dufour holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc. in Economics, University of Aix-Marseilles, France.

► Ray Brash - Chief Financial Officer

Age 41, Ray Brash joined PrePay Technologies in 2004. A qualified accountant from PWC in London, Ray has held senior finance roles within Retail, Software Development and Information Services businesses including Woolworths, United News and Media and The Economist.

Ray is responsible for the Corporate Finance, Compliance and Legal aspects of the company. Ray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been approved as a Compliance Officer by the FSA. Ray holds a First Class degree in Business Studies and Finance, University of Greenwich (UK).

►Garry Comley - Chief Technology Officer

Aged 48, joined PPT in 2004; Former European Product Director with US Billing outsourcing specialist Convergys, CTO of two successful software start-up companies. Responsibilities include development of the technical card management platform and operations. Garry has 20 years experience of delivering and running high volume billing solutions gained in the mobile telecommunications industry, holding senior positions in both Vodafone and Orange.

►Anthony Graham - Marketing Director

Aged 36, joined PPT in 2007; Started his career at Boots on their graduate development programme, gaining experience in science, production, database marketing and product management roles before moving to McKinsey & Company as a management consultant in the CRM team. More recently, he was the Group Relationship Director for Nectar, helping launch the programme and subsequently lead many of the commercial relationships. Anthony is responsible for developing the 360 money prepaid card division and leading our overall marketing programme. BSc (Hon) Chemistry. PhD Superconductivity
