Our programme support offer
PrePay Solutions offers programme support services, including helpline and secondary support, for all customers and prepaid cardholders.
- 24/7 support: our helpline provides technical support to clients and partners in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). A support team actively monitors the networks used by our products and maintains our failover sites.
- Escalation point for non-technical queries: a second level of support is available for non-technical, non-system critical queries that the helpline is unable to resolve.
- Comprehensive reporting: PrePay Solutions provides a range of reports to support client programme and Management Information requirements, including:
- Cardholder data
- Lost and stolen cards
- Card Expiry
Reports are generated automatically in comma-separated value (CSV) format and can be shared securely through a number of channels, including Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
